Biography
Dr. Swati Vishwakarma is an Orthodontist and Dentofacial Orthopaedic surgeon with good communication skills. She is dedicated and experienced in providing simple to complex dental treatment. She enjoys her work, working as an individual as well as a team, and always wants the best for her patients. She is focused on patient comfort, proper oral hygiene, treatment, and preventative care management. She has successfully treated complex cases involving severe malocclusions including dentofacial growth discrepancies and early functional appliance treatment of developing skeletal malocclusion.
Personal Experience
Dr. Swati is one of the few orthodontists who specialized in Invisalign Aligners in Bangalore. Dr. Swati is also a certified IN COGNITO, 3M – Lingual Orthodontic practitioner.
Dr. Swati Vishwakarma completed her graduation from V. S. Dental College and Hospital, Bengaluru, and her post-graduation from M. R. Ambedkar Dental College, Bengaluru. She is a life member of the Indian Orthodontic Society and Indian Dental Association.
Dr. Swati has also won and been awarded for several paper presentations on state and national level conferences in the field of Orthodontics in India. She has numerous International and National publications to her name.
She is trained in several specialist therapeutic approaches such as schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). As well as holding a variety of NHS positions.
She is experienced in service design and delivery, the management of multi-disciplinary teams, organisational consultancy, and development and delivery of both national and bespoke training.
